Cassandra is absolutely amazing! I went in, in a panic, needing a photo immediately. She made it all happen smooth and quickly, even when I couldn't make up my mind. She was calm and polite the whole time. She even told me about an online coupon. Hands down, best customer service!
I got here at 9:00. I'm the only person in the store right now, and I've been waiting 30 minutes to even get the paperwork for my flu shot, because the person is new to the system and they're prioritizing the drive-thru. The waiting area is super dirty- I feel like I need a shower after sitting here.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Some of the employees here REALLY discriminated against my 60yr old mom when she went to buy some items. She voluntarily gave them her id, but they didn't accept it because it's from Puerto Rico. And yes, they all said the word Puerto Rico multiple times. They said that due to company policy she needed to show them her passport. Why? She has a valid driver's license and she IS an American Citizen. She explained to them but they just wouldn't listen to her. She felt helpless and embarrased for being treated that way. You should be ashamed.
