Tried to pay a ticket in office. The ticket says that appearance date is between 8am-5pm. What that really means is 8:30-4:30. The office staff was very sweet and accommodating since it was my last day so I was able to sign up for drivers education but was not able to pay. Then I tried to go back to pay for the balance and they changed the times on Wednesdays to close at 12. All of the notices say open Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, including the website and google at the time. This is my last day to pay and I’ve been here twice within stated hours and have been unable to pay for this ticket. Only options are now to pay by mail or mail slot. I came in because I would rather pay a person. I can see how people get warrants for not paying for their tickets when it is this difficult to be responsible for it. Edit 6/14/2019. For the THIRD time, this court has been closed when I’ve shown up with no information on their website to indicate that they will be closed. I can by to drop off my driving record. This is ridiculous.

Very poorly ran office.... called multiple times over the course of more than a week and left multiple messages -- all with no call back. This combined with their office hours which are clearly designed not to work with any normal person's working hours -- makes for a sad situation which is clearly geared against the tax payer. Very dissatisfied so far.

Sick and disgusting how u find this acceptable and have allowed this for years only because somone had a camera and brought it to light to u take action! U are so to be relinquished of your power that has been giving to u , if not in this life then the almighty will judge u for your actions against the people.

Do not go to Williamson County Courthouse because they keep prolonging cases if you got stabbed or anything ever happened the case just keeps prolonging and prolong until they try to put it off forever no justice for the victim! Next up is news media got to tell everybody what happened!
