After years of doing business here this dealership has become the worst service department we have ever used. Communication is horrendous , timing is hard to conceive of ( like keeping our one year old Ford F-250 for 3 1/2 weeks for minimal issues and it’s still under warranty and work remains unfinished ! ). But even under the assumption that covid has possibly delayed parts or caused staff shortages, the fact that management does not even return phone calls or provide updates on expected completion dates is unfathomable. I Would NOT take any vehicle here. This dealership sold in 2013 , lost its local ownership and management and everything solid about it has gone steadily downhill since. I rarely post any negative reviews because it could hurt a business that was simply having a bad day. But I’m afraid this dealership earned this review and I encourage people to look elsewhere and avoid big headaches with very little concern.

Awesome purchase experience in 2018 when I bought my 18 Escape however can't get an email or a call back to let me know what the process is to cash in the remaining balance on my extended warranty since trading the car in at another dealership!!! I've left messages, sent a texts, and emails.... no response back! When I call, I always get \ I will have someone from our warranty team give you a call back!\ It's easy for them to take that money but not as easy in giving it back.
