Bad company to work for no safety always rushing doing sub par work. Be careful they are on track to have alot of people hurt if not killed because of there continued disregard for safety and the environment.

Make sure when selling your home you transfer warranty in 7 days or they void it. Called 2 days late because we just got ahold of warranty papers and the accounting lady had the worst customer service and was so rude.

S&W Foundation Contractors finished a foundation repair job at my home today. The work was done on schedule and completed despite storms and other obstacles. S&W went out of its way to help me avoid additional costs (like mudjacking or removing our hot tub) throughout the process. When I arrived home, I was shocked to see how great the area looked where they made foundation repairs. It actually looks better now than before they started the work. The crew hauled off extra dirt and made the yard look nice. We are selling our home in a few weeks and this has eliminated a huge concern from that process. I appreciate your help very much!
