I first want to start off with talking about the hard work and professionalism from the landscaper, all the way up to the owner. Robert was by far the most professional owner I have dealt with. Not only was he here for the initial quote, but he also was on site for most of the work being conducted. He even picked up a shovel and operated the tractor. He is also very respectful to Military and Veterans. The workers were also professional and hard workers. They worked through the rain and the 20 degree weather without complaint and were not on their cell phones and disappearing to their trucks to go get warm. Secondly, the quality of work conducted was A. My yard was transformed from a disgrace, to a functional yard in just 3 1/2 days. My whole neighborhood is on a down sloping hill with ridiculous erosion that prevents grass from growing and using your yard for anything. Royal put a retaining wall across my whole backyard, fixed my drainage, and leveled my yard and applied Bermuda grass. I couldn't of asked for a better recommendation and I now have the most functional and best looking backyard on the block. Finally, the price. I quoted 5 companies and Royal beat the nearest quote by 25%, and offered more work then them. He understood I am Military and probably going to be leaving soon, so he didn't try to sell me the dream backyard, but he also didn't try to sell me something I could just do with a shovel. I would recommend Royal Landscaping Service to every person I know as a 5 Star, A business. Even if they are backed up 2 months.. ;-)

I have dealt with many companies over several decades and have NEVER been told the company wasn't accepting new customers. From the reviews I read I find it hard to believe they are that busy. It's a real shame too as they are less than half a mile from my house which would be very convenient.
Owner seems to be very in organized and will tell you what ever he he thinks you what to here. His work is hit or miss.
They were great with the initial work. Put in my irrigation system, planted a couple of trees for me. Great job! Nice friendly guys and very helpful. BUT when I needed them to come back and finish with the new water meter they say they are behind and will get to it. That has been over a month ago. I called last week and they said they would be here on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and they still have not been by. I paid them a lot of money for this job and expected service after the sale which they told me they would do.They were not the cheapest bid for this job. I only recommend them if you need landscaping done and do not need them to come back again and do anything!
Took a day off because I had an appointment to get an estimate on some work on the property, THEY NEVER SHOW UP, I WON'T CALL THEM BACK. Their review were that great anyway and I can see why.
