Great for sales but I had an issue with a Traeger bought from them and under warranty. They were absolutely no help. I said it has a defect and I am ready to return. Their response was “we don’t accept used grills” don't expect them to be an advocate if anything goes sideways. It was Brian I spoke to which is supposed to be their guy for resolving issues....very disappointed !.... update. Even though they said I need to resolve the issue Brian called Traeger and left me a message that he now knew Traeger was sending a new controller to me after a called them. I was surprised and welcomed his assistance. Changed them to a 5 star rating. He also offered that their tech could help install it.

I called from out of state and asked the salesman for a specific item. It was the end of the day so I got told he would call me in the morning to take a Deposit and hold it for me. I informed him I was coming from out of state but would be there as id already gotten in the car. 12 hours later I show up and I’m told the grill was sold and he assumed I wasn’t coming. He had my number and never called to verify or anything and tnen puts the blame on me. He knew he messed up and refused to own it. I feel like a moron for driving that far but I’d hoped if someone says they will hold it thst they will hold it. I was more than willing to leave a deposit or pay for the whole thing over the phone but was told it would happen the next day. So angry
