Excellent company! I have ordered from this company for almost 10 years for my business. I have ordered stock, custom (large and small), and signature stamps. They have very quick turn around to make the stamps and to ship as well. All the stamps I've ordered have been perfect and customer service (when needed) has been great! Cons: Purchased three stamps. Very disappointed in the quality of the Shiny Duo stamp. Cheap plastic and cheap stamp for the cost. The rubber part is stuck to a glue strip on the actual stamp. My fingers stuck to it. The actual rubber stamp was not fully stuck to the glue strip it was attached to, so I had to press it down. The other stamps where okay in quality, but not as well as stamps I've bought from another company, so I will go back to the other company to purchase my stamps in the future because the quality is much higher and rubber part is thicker on the stamps. I didn't attached a pic because the product the stamp was for has not yet been released. Pros: Stamps came in the mail in a timely manner. One was a pre-ink, which was okay and the other was a wooden handle stamp which appears to made the ink impression okay.

This company is simple the best when it comes to customer service. I ordered a few stamps and I reached out to them to see if they can make the text a bit bigger. They sent the new one at no cost and the quality of the stamps are GREAT! I like it how easy it to connect with the customer care representative. Cassandra helped me and I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

Brittany with customer service was less than helpful. I tried to reorder a lot of stamps that I had previously ordered (about 20 of them). The website was having issues and I thought I could just call them and reorder. Brittany was less than helpful and had no interest in processing my reorder over the phone. I may only be one consumer, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Amazing Service! Our stamps were stolen after delivery, and Rubber Stamp Champ replaced them free of charge and priority shipped them again the next day! They are extremely kind and helpful. And the Stamps look awesome!

I unintentionally re-ordered the wrong size stamps, partly because misleading website design. The stamps we received were useless due to their size. I asked 50% discount for replacements (I am willing to pay for my mistake and also asking their help) but customer service refused, and offered only 20%. This led me to research and find new sites where prices are better.
