I just moved to C-ville (three days ago) and on day 3 my heat went out. I have zero contacts here and on the HVAC even my realtor didn't have a ready suggestion. I caught these guy's commercial on channel 29's weather and figured they've got the money to advertise they're probably not fly-by-night. They were definitely not fly-by-night. The operator was on task, fully aware of what would happen and when. There were some issues with being able to diagnose the thing as it was frozen and she worked a solution for that too. The price for a diagnosis was very reasonable and the tech actually called to say he was running early. Jon (John?) got here and was masked and took pains to not track mud or water in (raining all day). He was straight to the point, cordial and seemed to know his business. My spouse was terribly worried over this happening again while I was out of town and he was able to put her mind at ease which meant the world to me. The problem was diagnosed, repaired and he was on his way in under an hour and left us with a plan on what to do in the future. We have electrical issues to track down and we will be calling them again.

Jon is a dear friend of ours and today on his way home in the work vehicle, he noticed that I had been struggling trying to put my mailbox back up after someone hit, dented it and ripped it off while I was at work. He pulled in and fixed my mailbox no questions asked. No hesitation. He recommended his company early last month after our pipes burst for the fourth time (and he assisted in shutting the water off immediately). He was very thorough with all of his work and we couldnt be any happier with Michael & Son. Additionally, we were able to start a payment plan, making all of our plumbing replacement affordable. Ian was amazing! He was so helpful, personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt like his goal was to help us as much as possible, which he bent over backwards to do. I would highly recommend Ian for any work you ever need done!
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. They arrived an hour after I called and fixed my breaker box along with other things. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal!
