We have been with Rueschhoff for our security system for many years and when we moved there was no question who would install our new security system. We had an issue with our Ring doorbell not working with our internet service. I was very happy with their knowledge and their service on what type of cameras I needed for my home. Both Mike's came out. One that installed the cameras and the other Mike did the IT setup. They spend a lot of time making sure everything worked well and even helped me with equipment I needed to block anyone from getting to my IP address. They even cut down some of the evergreen limbs that blocked the view on one of the camera. They told me I could call if I needed any help with the system. I will be calling for more help on some functions.

I don’t leave reviews that often, but their customer service is on another level. Mike Hensley who installed our cameras is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and very helpful. You can tell he is passionate about his trade.
