Rulli Torres genuinely AMAZING!! I’ve not met anyone else like him. His many talents are explosive. From New Modeling School to a designer, he is articulate and passion in giving out the best. Rulli gives out honest and respectful customer service every single time. He not only cares about his customers but also community. Rulli has done many great works in supporting Breast Cancer, American Heart Association, etc. Currently since COVID19, he has been donating masks to first frontliners and homeless. His masks are unique and can customize as you please. There is so much to rave about Rulli and his whole staff. He designs with class and devotion. Rulli is the BEST in STYLE!!
