Scott was great in getting back to me the same day I left a message. Agreed to pick up my machine the next day, surprise, did not pick it up. Texted to see when he would, no response. Called days later, no response. Terrible customer service

I called and texted with this individual. They called to discuss what I needed done. I told them I needed a belt replaced and they hung up on me and then didn't call back or return my text. Clearly they didn't want to do the work but it would have been easy just to say so!!! Don't waste your time!
