Employee that is disrespectful speak to people rude, just shock when I heard and read the conversations. Remember some of these people owe companies that you are trying to collect money for., bulling people wont get the job done...trying to work out solutions might be a better option. Also shady business is bad for any company, verification and clarity is better, not lying on paper.

I had a bill with this company was in charged of, I voluntarily contacted them to start a payment plan, I sign an agreement and give my payment information to an account they should deduct the money from, months after I received a letter that I was been charged 5.9% per year interest and 2.81 daily, when i call the gentleman who supposed to be professional he was very belligerent and rude telling me I should email him my card number, who does that. however they took the first payment but didn't take the other months when i asked why? I got no answer, if I cannot pay off a dept how will I afford that interest when I willingly agree to pay monthly. People will try to do wrong to people who they think are poor so the system is always going to be mess up.
