Extremely long hold time. Was calling in regards to a mini split and asked if they accepted a synchrony bank card as they are listed on my card issuers site that they do and they couldn't provide me any information. Told me to call the card issuer and ask them and then find out how to process they payment because they don't know how to. I'm sorry but I won't use a company that can't utilize their own resources for a potential customer. Never have I had a company tell me to figure out how to do THEIR job and let them know.

Another great job completed! Jeff provided an accurate quote, answered all my questions and explained how my furnace and central air system would work. Taylor and Colt arrived as scheduled, worked steady and are knowledgeable regarding their trade. They were professional, friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. This company exceeded my expectations as far as configuration and ease in maintainence. I received a follow up phone call to see if everything was working well and/or to answer questions. Finally, information was provided on rebates I may be eligible to receive. If you want it done right, this is the company to hire.

My 91 year old aunt had furnace problems. Turns out her furnace was shot. Got an immediate estimate on it's replacement. Work was done very professionally. Highly recommend.

They did a job for us a bit ago, was told we would need our yard dug up and would be over 5,000 to fix our “issues” didn’t mention we had steel pipes and that we should probably get those up to code etc.. had another plumber come out and it was our pipes that were clogged. Didn’t need our yard dug up, didn’t cost 5,000. I would not recommend them. Unless you want too be ripped off and lied too.
