Love Pawley Studios! I ordered a mug for a gift and my friend loved it! From the custom ordering process, to actually watching it being made live, the whole experience was wonderful. Amanda puts care and attention into everything that she creates, and it truly shows. Will definitely be ordering more from her in future.

Very unforgiving policy. We had ordered a 40 Ravenclaw mug. Yes, I know, who the heck orders a 40 mug? But when you pay that much for a SINGLE mug, you kind of expect a certain amount of quality to it. When we received it, there were two sharp spots inside the mug which meant if we were to use it, it would destroy our sponge when hand-washing it. This was poor quality control on their side because they were manufacturing defects. One was from not smoothing out the ceramic during production and the other was from bubbles in the glaze. This wasn’t even a custom mug. So we asked for a refund, but they made us ship it back. After that, because of policy, they refunded us only the cup. Leaving us 20 shipping (10 to and 10 back) out of our own pocket for THEIR OWN POOR QUALITY CONTROL. Yes, these are handmade, but order these at your own risk because they don’t care enough to inspect their products before shipping them out and if you receive one of the bad quality ones, they shift all of the financial risks to you. Sorry to the future person who receives the defective mug we returned.
I purchased 2 travel mugs, 1 10 oz mug, 6 20 oz mugs, and a pie plate. All the stuff is amazing! It comes packaged well, the custom options are amazing (contact them through email), and the mugs are wonderful to drink from. It hits function and fun perfectly
I have ordered pieces from Pawley studios for family as christmas gifts for 2 years now. They made custom mugs one year and bowls the next year. All were great. They even accommodated me by bringing the boxes to NY Sheep and Wool Festival so I could pick up in person instead of paying to have them shipped. Great service and products!

Nice people, sweet cats, beautiful mugs. The owners are artists and make some truly stunning pottery. I own 5 of their mugs, (three they have made for us with our biz logo on them) We have an apple baker, a butter bell, and a brie baker. They take a lot of pride in their work, and do an exceptional job.
Absolutely love the owners, such awesome people. Purchased my wife a tea set and some mugs and she absolutely loved them. Looking to soon get a whole set. Cant wait to see what else they come up with. Especially since they got some new items to help make the pottery have so much more detail. Cant wait to go back.
