Something is going on with S&K. Used to be a good company. Now, You can't leave a message because their \mailbox is full\ and when you do get someone to answer the office phone they say someone will call back. They Never Do! Are they in business or not? Best to try elsewhere if you really need service.

Sold us a brand new AC unit about six months ago and the compressor goes out. It still has plenty of warranty on it and they will not even come look at it. Told us it wasn't their problem even though they sold it to us. Beware and do not do business with. Very shady from the get go.
