Unfortunately, I have to say this is the worst Enterprise location I have ever dealt with. I requested a truck and they said they'd have it ready for pickup. It wasn't so I left in another car and they told me they'd call me when the truck was ready. The next day, I get a call to come in for the truck. The truck they tried to put me in had a literal flat tire and smelled like smoke. I told them about it and they said they'd fix it right away. An hour later still nothing. On my way out the door (still with no truck) all the other customers said they had been there over an hour waiting around too. Horrible customer service. Please do not call me to come in when the truck isn't even ready. What a major, major waste of time.

Sat here waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Rep didn't even acknowledge us. All we needed to do was return the vehicle. Was not even busy. One person was renting. Guy answered the phone and handled 2 other people's affairs BEFORE even acknowledging us. Never again! Reps name was Dylan...so he says. When I asked him why he couldn't just ask the people that kept calling to be put on hold while he at least acknowledged our presence and asked us what we were there for, he told me not to talk to him like that. Very dissatisfied with the obvious lack of training in customer service skills by Enterprise.

STAY AWAY, WILL MESS UP YOUR VACATION PLANS - I missed their call but they left a message confirming my reservation, telling me what I need to bring (license, insurance & credit card) and even saying \we'll see you\. Three hours later, I was able to answer and now they are telling me they do not have the suburban I reserved and would give me a 15 seater van instead, which of course is NOT what I need for my family's travels.
