If you're looking for the true taste of China, Szechuan Spicy House is the place. If you like spicy with a true Chengqing or Chendu flavor, you won't be disappointed. Staff is friendly and you will leave satisfied with both food and service. Definitely 5-Star rated!

Lamb & Fish dishes where very good. The Chili Beef though... There’s hardly any beef in it! 75% chilis & got charged almost 14 just to eat chili? Not worth it. Will not come back.

COVID is here so we ordered takeout and decided to have lunch in the patio. The owner lady wiped the table with rubbing alcohol for us. Hot tea was served. Umbrella was tilted. She was so considerate. And the food! We were returning to the Bay Area from a road trip. This is the best Szechuanese food I had in the whole year. Would definitely come again when I pass Sacramento. In fact I ordered another box of takeout for dinner tonight :) Just love the taste.

My family rarely orders out but when we do this is definitely our go to restaurant. Very consistent and the heat is perfect. Since we’ve moved to Fair Oaks I’ve been on the hunt for a spot that can serve up a spicy dish and I’m so happy to have found this place. They have something for everyone, our kids love it too.

When they say numbing, it's not from the spiciness but the Szechuan peppercorn. We started eating and began noticing our tongues going slightly numb. Service was a bit slow but all the dishes came out quickly. Our tea was regularly refilled but my brother had to get up and request for water refills.
