Please READ THIS EMAIL I SENT TO URBAN AIR ABOUT SOME UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES: You do not have my signature on any documents. You have a print out of my name. I did not authorize any recurring charges. Please STOP charging my credit card because I, Tracie Daniels did not approve any recurring payments. I feel the public needs to know to watch their credit card charges when it comes to Urban Air. This is terrible customer service! I’m telling Urban Air I did not authorize any recurring charges and you guys are telling me I did by showing me some documents I’ve never signed, just a typed printed name. Unban Air wants to steel my money from me. As a customer, I should have to ask any vendors more than twice to stop trying to charge my credit card because I never authorized the transaction. And I will NEVER pay for something I didn’t authorize, just because your business might be struggling. This email will post on Yelp and I will be reaching out to the media to warn others to watch their credit card charges when it comes to Urban Air. Everybody needs to know about your strong arm tactics. It’s now Feb. 17,2021, this company informed me, they will continue to charge my credit card 48.96 each month or I would need to pay them 448.00 to cancel a contract I’ve never signed and only went to one time. I’ve never heard of a company refusing to make a customer pay for any service they never authorized. And I’m not sure how to stop this company from robbing funds off my credit card. If someone has a solution please let me know. Greatly appreciated

We love urban air. My 4 year old runs wild and here she can. My older ones like the zip line and bumper cars.
I've had a membership here for a few years and as a member, we are put on the back burner when it comes to reserving time for our kids to play. As a guest I can schedule any time any day but as a member it's impossible to schedule even 72 hours in advance on Fridays and Saturdays at any time. If you don't have a membership and are bringing new money for a visit for a party then you're priority. As a member we are not able to come anymore but still pay full price for the best membership. My kids love the place so I'll give it a star for that but not having access to it because we're members is disappointing.
Gr8 place for kids and adults to enjoy.
