Highly doubt I would ever go back. I was in the store Saturday night 9/12/20. This was my first time in the store I was looking forward to a really good solid first experience. I walked in and was greeted by a really nice gentleman. There was a woman behind the counter on her phone totally unbothered that customers walked in. She never greeted me or said anything. I spent a good 15-20 minutes in the store browsing. Since it was my first time in the store it was a little awkward for me. I thought she would at least approach and ask if I needed help with anything. She just kept staring at me and giving me dirty looks making it a really awkward experience for me. She never approached me the entire time I was there to offer help or assistance. As a woman I felt weird asking the gentleman for help even though he asked if I needed anything. I figured maybe she would take the time to get off her phone and help her female customers but she didn’t. I picked something out and went to the counter. She never asked if I found everything ok or if there was anything I needed. She rushed me through checkout threw the item in a bag and put it on the side counter. She never said thank you or have a good night. She was totally rude and not customer service friendly. The gentleman then handed it to me as I was walking out and wished me a good night.

Miriem this women is so rude and always give me a hard time whenever I go to this specific shop. Her attitude is very nasty and mean. She never looks happy to be working there. Her manager should look into her because she makes me not want to shop here and I like this store.

They seemed to have a decent collection of products here. I normally go to romantic Depot and upon mentioning the romantic Depot I definitely got some rivalry vibes. Their employee was quick to shoot them down saying they're no good more specifically criticizing them for high prices. Meanwhile, the condoms I looked at were 14 bucks here and 6 and change at Target. When I showed this to the lady she sort of did a shrug like \it be like that sometimes\ . At romantic Depot they have knocked off prices almost every time... Sometimes even without me asking. I must say though I felt the service was decent here... I felt a bit ignored till I asked a question. When I did, I felt like my concerns were addressed as best they could. Just know that they might not be the best in terms of price.

This is a disgusting company. They hacked my bank account and took money out of my account. When I called them the girl I spoke with was very very rude. She told me it wasnt there fault it was my banks. That's all she kept saying. I can't believe someone would be that rude answering a phone for a company. I called my bank and told them and to the better business bureau. I am taking further action. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
