Do not book unless you want to be disappointed. I highly recommend you book with someone who is more reliable than this person/business is. I had booked a water slide for my sons birthday party and the man kept on changing the drop off times and cancelled at the end. It was such a disappointment.
Juan and his team are exceptional. The level of customer service and quality of work they provided was amazing! I had a last minute request to change the color is our napkins and they made it happen! Thank you again will be using you for future events for sure!
The men I order this jumping house was very rude. His worker were more rude. The water slide the slide stairs were detached it made the kids going up the slide very hard that they end up not using the slide only the pool side. I called the owner see what he can do he didnt do anything he said the kids should go up if not he doesnt know. This the first time I rented from them and last just him being rude and not being professional at his job. He still charge the full price of 250. Worst service very disappointed. It just made it seem like 250 down the trash. He didnt acomadent anything for his property that he brought half broken. If I could give -0 I would.
