If i could give them zero stars I would. I applied for a cite plan review over two months ago, they already cashed in the check i sent. I call every week and apparently the guy in charge of cite planning took a long vacation and now the cite reviews are backed up even more. I have been so patient with them, but it's been over two months now, they need to get their stuff together.

I am letting everyone know that Rick Dwyer is a LIAR and is all for the SLUM LORDS OF WICOMICO COUNTY! I am wondering how much they are paying him to lie and write up reports that are never followed through on????? Do you sleep well at night you SOB!!!! I am just wondering how you allowed the property at 31904 York drive pass through an inspection! That house had 16 code violations and there is mold in that house and you SOB is allowing Charles and and Anita Kurrle to get away with putting a band aid over the lil that was done! You never held THE SLUM LORDS OF THAT HOUSE RESPONSIBLE! You are a MF LIAR! That house should be condemned! Someone above you needs to review the report and go back through that house! If I could put actual pictures and video footage and the original report attached to this review I would! RICK DWYER IS A SOB AND LIAR! The house at 31904 York drive should not be rented out because it is still not up to code and the SLUM LORDS OF THAT PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE!
