From reading the reviews, I really expected to be treated poorly. But while I was here, they were all nice and understanding trying to help any way they could. Some of y'all just expect too much from them. Maybe you should treat yourself next time instead of coming to them for help.

Not a good experience especially knowing how the medical field is supposed to operate. They didn't come close to bedside manners or make you comfortable. Honestly I felt like they were mad because they had to get up and work. Except for physical therapy they are great, but not the main hospital.

Went here once for an X-ray ordered by my doctor. Got 2 separate bills from this place for the X-ray (not including the one from my doc) and paid both. Paid theirs online and called to confirm more than once that it was in their system, then a year later got a letter from a debt collector saying I still owed the money. I contacted them and the debt collector with bank statements showing where I paid the bill and all they said was “oh we had a computer issue during that time”, despite me calling and being told not to worry several times to make sure they received it. Maybe next time fix the computer issues BEFORE trying to get debt collectors involved over a bill that was paid a year prior.

They did not address the problem my wife had, did not record her treatment properly, and never saw a Dr. until she left and wouldn't have even known it was the Dr. had she not inquired as to who he was. She left untreated, and in the future, if my life or limb was in danger I'll take the risk and drive to Stilwell or fort Smith for real hospital care. Quite ashamed of our local hospital.
