HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Paid over 1600 for nothing. Did not fix the problem that I brought it in for. Brought my truck to an Isuzu dealer thinking they would fix it right the first time. Truck broke down again 10 min from leaving Jerry Seiner Isuzu they had to tow it back to work on it to only charge me more money truck still over heats the rep that was helping me Marge who never answers her phone or return messages told me to just keep truck off the freeway it will be fine SMH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very good experience with Jerry Seiner, just change oil today and multiple point inspection, suprasing they have small video about inspection under car. Very helpful and friendly service definitely recommend for other people.

Holy awful. A mechanic damaged my truck, I didn't know until one of my techs used it that weekend (cut the tap to the truck mount), called Monday and was told I'd have to wait till the following Monday for service, went to another place to get it fixed to the tune of 500, now I'm back here today for the window parts they didn't order correctly the first time and demanding they wash the cost in trade for what I had to spend to fix their screw up. The mechanic denied he cut out the tap (he had to to repair the recall issue, he just left it dangling), and now the manager has mysteriously disappeared and I've been standing in the cashiers office for half an hour.

I agree with Amy, I had an horrible experience with them. I took my truck for repair and now is 2 weeks and no one calls you or lets you know anything, and when i called their answer was... you have to wait!! in a really rude way.
