Great friendly service here. Much less of a wait than surrounding restaurants and they remain open a bit later too. Good shakes and decent American burgers and fries. Salads are actually pretty good too. Worth a quick date or family stop. 1st 2 hrs of parking are free with convenient elevators and protected parking.

The burgers were very yummy! Service was fast, which was nice. The only thing is that the burgers were pretty greasy and dripped a little bit, but other than that they were delicious. The bacon cheese fries were to die for. Love this place!

Caroline is an excellent server. We look forward to our next visit now that we know where to go. It's hard to find. It's not in the food court like we thought it was. It's next to Macy's on the 2nd floor. Or in from the street through a revolving door after going inside the building from the street and your thinking to yourself how am I going to find a restaurant in a bank

Five Star service. Caroline is super fun and cool and went above and beyond with the ketchup drawing. She was quick with our orders and refilled our drinks frequently. She really made the whole experience. We will for sure be regulars.

Johnny Rockets is so great! I love the location at City Creek Center too. My friend and I were greeted promptly, given the menu, and within moments came and gave us some water, while we browsed the menu. I ordered the delicious Route 66 Burger, and a classic Vanilla Shake. The place is a buzz for the social and trendy crowds, prices are decent for what you pay for, and the whole place was clean, and they even had their juke box rocking the oldies through all the social and happy chatter. Great customer service, highly recommend everyone to eat here

General manager refused to seat us. I came in by myself and said party of 9. I was with my family celebrating my son-in-laws graduation and my daughter's upcoming baby delivery. (It was me, my dad, mom, my 4 daughter's, 2 of their husband's and my grandson) and he said no. I was confused thinking he just didn't have a table big enough to put us together, so I said we didn't mind splitting up into a table of 5 and 4. He still said no, that's it. The restaurant was not busy at all. There were 2 tables right in the middle that sat 6 people each, and they were available. He was very rude and when my dad asked why, he just said, "I choose not to". It didn't make sense and felt very discriminatory. I will never go there again! The least he could have done was explained his reasoning. His loss!

Our table/group was accused of "harassing" our server and making fun of them for looking and sounding like a girl. I can most definitely confirm our waitress was female. I do remember the table right behind us had a male server with long hair. We we're asked to leave the restaurant for something we most assuredly didn't do. We were nothing but polite to our server as you should be in any situation. We asked the owner if we could speak to our server to make sure that he was talking to the right group because we were all very confused. There must have been some confusion in communication in which table was being rude. Our table didn't talk about our server at all because we had nothing to say about them. So when we were accused of making fun of them, we wanted confirmation that the owner was talking to the right group. The owner wasn't complying in our request to talk to our server to make sure he was talking to the right people. He told us to leave and walked away. We were sitting at the very back of the store, so the group that was being rude was mistaken to be in the very back of the store when we were actually at the end. It is best to communicate correctly when confused about a situation. Being wrongly accused is very upsetting especially when the actual rude group got away with being disrespectful. There was a lack in being understanding and getting the full confirmation. When we left, we looked at the group behind us. They immediately looked down, covered their faces, and were obviously trying to not look guilty. What exactly did they say to mistreat the workers? I can honestly say it was not us.

Great service. Just over priced. Drink was priced high for a small serving of it. Burger was good just not worth the price. They need a combo price
