Sam was an amazing agent for us. He's responsive, proactive, experienced and was incredibly at guiding us through the entire experience. During the inspection process he really demonstrated his local knowledge and process expertise by arranging for our inspections to be done quickly and to a high calibre. As we were out of town, he attended all of them himself on our behalf and clearly communicated the findings back in conjunction with each provider. He was always clear and communicative, and offered great advice without ever being pushy. We'd definitely use him again

Sam was amazing to work with! We were first time buyers so the entire undertaking was daunting but Sam made it seamless. He's very professional yet personable and easy to work with. He was very flexible with his time and would meet us whenever we needed. We looked at houses almost every week together. It was a long process but he was informative, proactive and super responsive which made it all really fun. He is very genuine and would tell us off the bat if things were bad deals or not worth pursuing. We ultimately found the right house and he guided us through every step in closing,negotiating, paperwork, inspections, contractor referrals, escrow, etc. He even got us a huge discount on the house right before we finally closed. It took us almost a year to find the right place and he stuck it out with us the entire time! Highly recommend him
We’ve been in our new home for around 10 months now. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were eager for something affordable and nice. David was at a constant hussle helping us with buying our home. He always gave his honest opinion, and reacted quickly when we were ready to make offers. We love our home so much, it’s absolutely perfect for us first timers! Highly recommend Sam for the job!!
After our mom passed, the five \kids\ put the house up for sale. 4 of us are in remote locations, and my brother who was handling the details is all the way across the country. After an exacting interview process, we decided on Sam and are so glad we did. He expertly guided us through a non-standard process (private sale), including security during the time the house was vacant, and negotiations with the buyer. He also was clear about what his fee would be for the reduced scope, which was extremely helpful since his competitors were not. We are very happy with the result and would recommend Sam to anyone.
Honestly helped me out every step of the way, a guy worth trusting. I didn’t feel pushed at all, and he gave me a good all-around knowledge of each home we viewed. He’s super down to earth and won’t hesitate to tell you the cons of a home with the pros. Would highly recommend.
