Great prices for a lot of things
like
We shop at Sam's Club every weekend. The service is great! The produce and meat are always fresh. Rarely are they out of things that we need,but when they are they are re-stocked by the following week. Today I called about an item that I had seen this morning in the store but was in too much of a hurry to really check it out. I looked online but didn't see it, so I called the store. I spoke with a woman named Alex, she was wonderful. She checked on the price for me. Told me it was new in the store and they weren't sure how many they had. I will be back this week to check it out myself.
Good prices on limited items. Finding a person to help can be difficult. Check out times can be long but they have scan and go. They have a restaurant with good prices and variety.
Good deals to be had here. Things always seem to be fresh. Clean store. Place usually isn't too packed with people compared to Costco in Rockaway so it's more convenient. Prefer the larger organic selection at Costco but this is closer to home.
If you need photos. Ron has been in photo department for years. He is great along with the other on that department which gets 5 stars from me..Sams Club lost a star with me when they put up Christmas in September.
The place just closed today, Thursday, 11 January 2018 - permanently. But before it closed, a lot of times it was a chore to just pay for your items. They would allow lines to form and there would be a few more cash registers that can be opened but they would not. Variety was also not there, compared to Costco and BJs. The people were helpful. Parking was never a problem, unlike at Costco and BJs. Too bad it closed - was the only box store nearby to us.
A very good club.but I would like to see more variety, It would be nice to bring in some new items now and then. it's always the same old stuff. Especially for vending machines
Called to place an order for tires for my car. The representative I was connected to couldn't understand English. I spent 5 minutes trying to explain I need to purchase tires. Please have people answer the phone that can understand English
