I love Costco & shop there all the time because it is closer to me, but the visit to Sam's Club today was awesome! INCREDIBLE variety of stuff & prices were cheaper on a lot of things I saw. Lots of great for choices at the cafe & the chicken sandwich I had was AMAZING! Will def get there more often now.

Went to get my tires rotated and balanced that I bought there, and of that was free. Then they even fixed my tire pressure sensor for 42 (new sensor plus installation). Everywhere else was at least double that. Love Sam's club

Braman Honda of Palm beach, is the best place to Service your car, people are helpful and friendly. My Service advisor (Theodore Raphael) is one of the best, is really great with customers, he will go above and beyond to get your service done right and one time , he always follow up with you after the service to know if you where satisfied, and again when your car is due for service , he will send you a reminder. So thanks again for taking the time to make us feel at home while waiting for our cars and have peace of mind while driving on the road. May God bless you and your family !

This store is hardly ever crowded, which is a good thing, until you get to the checkout. Then things slow down, but it is what it is, cheap, stock up store. Guess my issue is more of what the employees make, min wage, while the Walton family are BILLIONAIRES, although I think they have received a small increase lately. No problem with making money, but to make your employees need Snap or insurance from the state just to make ends meet is not socially responsible to me and I feel I'm contributing to it if I shop there. So I do my best to keep it to an absolute minimum.

Freshly baked croissants are to die for, pizzas and hot dogs not so much. Large clean warehouse, selling a great variety of items.

The parking lot was difficult to maneuver. When we finally found a space we were almost immediately accosted in the parking lot by one of two men carrying large bins and asking for money and who did not want to accept no for an answer. I needed to get a temporary card since mine was at home, so I went to customer service and while there mentioned the solicitors. Not only did she do nothing about it, but she also gave me an invalid temporary card using our old member number that expired in 2010, not the current one. She didn't tell us it was expired, because if she had we would've had her look for the correct new member number. Instead, we only found that out when we tried to checkout after waiting in a ridiculously long and slow line. Manager wouldn't override and wanted us to go back to customer service again- but didn't address the fact that the cashiers were so backed up we'd have to then again wait in line for 15-20 min to checkout. I had the temp card, so he knew his staff had screwed up, but didn't care. His attitude was par for this store and the lack of concern with customers was evident throughout the store. This is not a good Sams Club.

Do NOT BUY JEWELRY HERE! They do not care about their customers. My husband bought my engagement ring here (as well as my diamond wedding band). The engagement ring lost the largest diamond after less than 6 MONTHS. I took it in assuming that Sam's would help me since an engagement ring should last longer than 6 months. They took no responsibility and told me to go to a jeweler, hiding behind "corporate policy" . I would have thought that Sam's would take better care of their customers. Very disappointing. Will Never buy anything of value at Sam's again, especially jewelry.
