The temperature on this particular day of January 7th is 27 and raining. Those of you who live in Illinois are WELL aware what this indicates - freezing rain. Anything and everyone not salted thoroughly will become a scene from the movie "Frozen" in short time. So when I shop at this particular Sam's and I overhear the manager himself (or one of the managers) say to his staff "We don't salt the parking lot, we have another company do that" followed by not knowing the number and passing off calling this particular interaction to another worker who clearly doesn't know the number to that company, I become aware just how DANGEROUS this Sam's Club is. Utter disregard to your elderly population I suppose - no I take that back. The elderly aren't the only ones who can seriously hurt themselves on an ice rink of a parking lot. It's a danger to EVERY SINGLE SHOPPER. YOU NEED TO SALT YOUR PARKING LOT. I don't care who you have to call, I don't care how you go about it. That's not my business. That's not my job. My role in this transaction is the role of consumer, and when my role is jeopardized by impending death because you can't be bothered to SALT YOUR ICE RINK OF A PARKING LOT, I have to imagine you simply don't want my business. My business as well as everyone who doesn't want to maim themselves simply walking to your pathetic excuse of a store. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
This Sam's is organized and well maintained. The workers are friendly, and they have a great selection of products. However, they do not consistently carry ORGANIC SPINACH. If they did, I would frequent this store much more often instead of its competitors.
Where do I start?... They recovered my phone in the dining area and reached out to my family stating that the phone was there. By the time I had received notice about my phone, the store was closed, so I went the following day to retrieve my phone. I waited for over an hour because they could not find my phone. They finally realized that they gave my phone to another person claiming it.... without even verifying (I asked the employee who handed the phone out). When I had spoken to the manger on duty that day, she had no condolences nor did she accept the fact that they gave my phone away (because they had no proof it was my phone). I asked, then how many phones were turned this week, there was only one phone turned in two weeks. So I asked then, why did the manager call my family to let them know my phone was at the store? How is that not proof enough, along with my phone being the only one turned in for a couple weeks. Management handed some stranger my phone with my personal information without even verifying the phone. What the heck, you just gave 800 dollars plus my personal information to someone without even asking a simple question. My issue with this whole ordeal is that, there is no organization, no communication, and obvious no customer service here at this location. I am currently on a 20 minute hold, trying to speak to loss prevention and the manager on duty. Lost a customer, maybe a couple, surely I will be letting my friends, family, and social media know.
Everyone was amazing and helpful. From telling us about pick and go drive thru- definitely going to use that next time. Helping us load our car. Thanks
Your getting a one because by Friday this store is closed. This store was awesome in every way! Staff, cleanliness and product on the shelf nice and neat. The food court is awesome too! Closing all the nearby stores (Woodridge) your forcing me to Costco! WHY SAMS CLUB .... WHY??? Store closes at 6 pm until Friday
It s a very clean store not over crowded, a very friendly staff. And with Wal-Mart directly next door its very convenient. Come enjoy!
A great shopping experience. Plenty of space to move around in,great selection, and a very clean store. Also never a very long wait to check out.
