I’ve been a member at the Columbus,Ga Sam’s Club since 2004, I believe. The new location at Columbus Park is a textbook example of what Sam’s Club is all about. Great selection, variety, arrangement and cleanliness. They disinfect carts before customers receive them and require face-coverings. They accept contact-less payment, and Scan-n-Go within their app so you can ring up purchases as you add them to your cart. When done, checkout is as simple as sliding the app bar to checkout/pay with your on-file payment card method. It lets you avoid the LONG lines and waiting in line to checkout. The greeters do a great job of welcoming you and upon exit. All around a very pleasurable place to shop and get great deals/value for your money. This is a very well organized and ran store.

Pleasurable experience at this location. Pleased to see employee sanitizing carts at the entrance. All employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Grocery items well stocked. Some items like Lysol disinfectants were out of stock. Pleased to see customers wearing masks. Will revisit when I'm in the area.
Picked up the birthday cake my granddaughter. We are celebrating her 11th birthday!!
Great place to shop, friendly personnel, local management listens to customer suggestions - and if it makes sense, will implement those suggestions. Prices are generally lower, great selection of products for both home and small business. Best benefit is Scan and Go app - so you never have to go through a checkout. Also has earlier hours for Plus members.
Great place to shop i refuse to go to Walmart anymore. Their customer care is amazing too.. a cashier remembered me from a few weeks ago and her colleague helped me load my cart while my hands were tied with my little one! Its the simple gestures!! Thank you ladies for making my shopping experience easy!! Managers should give kudos to you both!
