HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE!!!! Alex, the owner, shot my video 2 years ago and has never delivered a finish product, nor has he responded to emails, calls, texts. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! We purchased the full length film, and are completely heartbroken that we we will never get those memories back. To touch on his personality, he is truly a selfish, greedy human being, we had originally purchased a smaller package and decided to upgrade months after filming. Knowing full-well he was never going to deliver our video, he still took our money for the upgrade. I've had enough of chasing him around. I'm taking legal action now and will post this review everywhere I can. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Don't even take the risk that this is a one off review. It's not, I've seen others in my position!

AVOID THIS “COMPANY” at all costs! We hired Alex for a wedding in November 2019. We paid in full and he showed up and did video and photography. We got our pictures, chose them and sent them back in January 2020. We were told that things would take longer because of COVID, but April was the last we ever heard from them. I’ve called every number with no response. I’ve emailed him and even contacted him through Facebook with no response. Even worse that he was active but chose to ignore my messages. I’ve even called and left messages begging for our raw footage and photos just so we can have some memories, but no answers, no responses, nothing. At this point we were robbed of 3000 and Alex and his company seem to show no remorse or even care. My husband and I are now currently looking in to legal action against this company.
Had our wedding video filmed on October 12,2019... we are at the end of September, 2020 and still no wedding video! Or no correspondence to my e-mail, text or phone call!
I am unsure if they are still even in business but if they are and you are looking into them, PLEASE PLEASE reconsider! Our wedding was ONE YEAR & 7 MONTHS ago and we have yet to receive our video, and have not heard back from them since January! They do not answer the phone, or email. I’ve had people message me from my last review that they’re going through the same thing and they have to hear from them either. We received our pictures after six months and they did not look “professional” one bit. I tried with this company to not leave an ugly review but we paid 1900 for a job that one was done poorly and two, hasn’t been completed, and after almost two years that’s unacceptable!
The worst experience ever! It’s been more than 2 years since the wedding & we haven’t received our edited videos yet! They just gave us the unedited video after a long delay, without my father in it! Since then we’ve been waiting! We kept calling & No answers from them! They don’t even update us! Super unorganized & unprofessional! Our third anniversary is coming up!!
