Every time I've been to this store, the staff have been very friendly. This time I took my car to have the wheels balanced. After having Costco try to balance my wheels twice and still having a wobble (they claimed the vibration was a wheel bearing even though the vibration followed the wheel) this Discount Tire balanced my wheels perfectly and the vibration is gone! They even replaced a small hub cap that I'd been missing for a while. Will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

Went to have a tire with a nail replaced. Ended up needing new tires. Could only afford 2 at the time. The amazing Manager and my salesperson , Cade Gregory not only were extremely kind, they helped me in ways they will NEVER understand. Being a single parent and teacher, money is stretched and they made it go MUCH further. I am so appreciative of their help, generosity and care. I cried all the way home with thanks.
