Submitting on behalf of my wife. She went to the ENT, and said that while the front office staff was polite, the doctor was not. She made an appointment for a hearing check and to meet with the doctor. The audiologist was not in the office, and they told my wife that she'd have to come back for the hearing test at a later date, and pay another co-pay. When the doctor did see her, she spent less than a couple of minutes with her, typing during the time that my wife was talking and not really listening. She rushed through as if to get to the next patient, leaving my wife without any answers and no direction. She might as well have given the 40 co-pay to the gas station attendant and gotten better answers. Then the front office apologized in an e-mail, but lied to her. They said the audiologist wasn't in the office that day due to a COVID exposure, when in fact she was just running late and was back later that day. I would never go to this doctor. Had my wife listened to me in the first place, she would have gone to a different ENT. She was able to make an appointment at a different office a few days later with a different doctor. She had her hearing test, and lots of answers... and a path forward. I cannot recommend enough, do not go to this doctor. Hopefully the doctor will change and not look at patients as a quick buck. I looked at some of these other reviews, and many of them look fake. Avoid at all costs.

Was very happy with the facility and front desk staff. My 4 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Chamberlin who was hands down the best! He was very patient and engaging. I had read previous reviews about Dr. Gilliam so it didn't catch me off guard that I was somewhat unhappy with how she handled our brief visit. My observation was in barely looked up off her laptop to actually ask if I had questions or concerns. When she walked in she asked what was going on and the minute I began to speak she went into baby talk to my 4 year old and quickly examined her ears and didn't even acknowledge that I didn't finish my sentence, returned to her laptop and did not speak a word until she got up to escort us out. Had my daughter not been in serious need of treatment I would have spoken up. I literally had to ask you as you escorted us out what was the treatment plan, to which your response was simply that the medicine has already been forwarded to the Pharmacy. No information on how to apply, what to expect, etc. I voiced my concern to your front desk. The best part of this visit was that the prescription was submitted to the wrong pharmacy! UPDATE 3 to 4 Stars: I was immediately contacted the following day of this post by Office Manager Ashley who was genuinely sympathetic to my feedback. That said, it shows great character and attention by the management here. I am looking forward to giving an update on our follow up visit scheduled for next week.

I've been to see the Dr. here a 3 times with my son and I felt that nothing was ever solved or explained, just \lets get you back in for a follow-up.\ The bills were really high for them just to be looking in his ears and saying come back again in 4 weeks. Did not feel any care was given at all.
