Best hospital Experience ever! Talk about top service therapeutic and positive environment from start to the very end. My Doctor was Dr Alvarez and all the nurses and techs were extremely helpful and friendly. My favorite nurse was Mrs Rosa️ Who went up and beyond to make sure I received everything I needed and to ensure all of my safety needs were taken care of. The hospital is very clean rooms are a nice size nice big screens television set in your room. everything smells nice. Nice linen and pillows beds are comfy. My husband stayed with me in my room very comfortable for him which he had a sleeper that turned into a bed. The Dietary and Houskeeping were extremely nice and friendly. When I first walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and talked to the admissions clerk Mrs Marina who so sweet Thank you all that work at Foundations My family and I appreciate you and will be coming back in the future if needing to. Will also be referring as well. Keep doing what you Love you all felt like a big Family God Bless you All I had the RNY Gastric Bypass Dr Alvarez is the Best!

Wonderful hospital & great staff. They were very attentive when I had my gastric sleeve & even sent me a card wishing me well along with a follow up phone call. It's not often you have a facility go out of their way to do that. Great job & keep up the great work!

Great experience when I had my surgery, staff is amazing! BUT trying to get into contact with someone about my financial information for 2 weeks left multiple voicemails etc and no call back no answer or anything.
