We had a date night planned for a special occasion and we decided to go here. The staff was extremely professional and was all about servicing to our special occasion. From the time we first arrived we were welcome and immediately seated at our table. The food was exceptional, the salad bar was absolutely amazing, and service was astonishing. We will most certainly make future reservations at this location without a doubt.

This is our go-to-place for special events. We held my retirement dinner, my wife's birthday, and my son's birthday there (this doesn't even count the many other times we just popped in). The meat is always served hot, the flavors are amazing, and the staff has always treated us very well. The manager there, Carlos, is awesome. Carlos is the best floor manager/manager I've seen in years. He ensures to do all he can to make your experience positive. He set us up for my retirement dinner, and it was top class. It is smaller than some of the other SATX Brazilian Steakhouses, but that makes it cozy. This is Carlos on the right; be like Carlos )

We started at Brasao steak house, which we made a reservation for and still had to wait 40 minutes longer. It was to loud, to crowded, no social distancing, anyone could go up to the salad bar and the waiters were having to go around the people who were waiting (which are all over the place) with the food to serve. Just not safe or sanitary looking. I couldn't wait any longer and didn't like what I was seeing so I called this place at 9:10 and asked if they had stopped cooking certain meats due to so close to closing time which was at 10pm. They said no, still serving all. We went over and were seated with no wait time but plenty of customers. We were assisted at the salad bar which means you pointed, they served it. They were nice, clean, social distancing, had gloves and masks! And still managed to give excellent service and stayed later for us and another couple. Would definitely go back!!

Great service, wonderful food! All the staff seemed like they were happy to work there which is extremely rare. Met the owner, didn't even know he was the owner until our waitress told us. He was very personable. Amazing experience here, will definitely be back!

I don't get it. This place IS overrated, as others have said. The first time, I tried the chicken & waffles that everyone is raving about and posting pictures of. It only made me feel sick. Yet I still decided to go back since the place got such great reviews, thinking that the next time I would surely order better. However, that next time, I got the Brussels sprouts, which were WAY too salty, and, thus, hardly edible, and I also tried the torrejas (cuban-style french toast), which was too sweet and one of the pieces was too soggy. As others have also said, the waiters WERE nice though..
