I never made it in to see Dr. Caimol because the front desk receptionist, who also the office manager, was extremely unprofessional. She made us wait an hour after she kept saying the doctor would see us any moment. When I said an hour is unacceptable for children wait, she said we were being squeezed in?? No, I made an appointment. If you have a scheduling conflict inform me the minute I arrive. Also, what kind of professional informs you that no food is allowed in the waiting area while she’s eating sonic at her desk. Watching this person for an hour made me question a doctor that would make her an office manager. When I walked up to inform her we were leaving she ignored me while on the phone with someone who clearly was not a patient. She never acknowledged or make an polite apology about how long we’d waited. I told her to revaluate how she treats parents of children who are there to see a kidney specialist, I’m not there about a runny nose.
