They will work with you step by step and explain very well on what is needed. This is a great dealership. My family has used them for years It's actually been 12 years , got a great deal again on my 428 and service has been exceptional over the years. Friendly faces, relaxed atmosphere, honest, loaner program is so convenient . Would always be my first look to buy another and would not go anywhere else for service.for an example my friend took the 2012 bmw 328 I to Bmw of San Antonio and got an estimate to get the valve cover replaced because of the oil smell and smoke coming out from the engine I told him to take it to MGM AUTO so he did and he end up saving over 920 dollars just on parts the saving were great like I said I wouldn't take my car anywhere else ! but here take my advice
