NOAH - Follow through is his middle name, even if he can't do the job, I am so impressed with this shop, with this man - top notch caring customer attention - even if you are not a customer! I called Noah because I bought a car in San Antonio and wanted to see if they could off road a Volvo XC90 - They don't do custom modifications, but would recommend a location if they found no premade parts. He called me back after the ice storm of Texas 2021 to finish our discussion, yep two weeks after a phone call, and days without heat - weeks without water, Noah follows up with a non sale customer - knowing he can't do this job. ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? If I lived there I would leave the car and beg him to do the work even if they off shop it! Best ever experience with a Mod Shop! TRUST This team!

Went in for a train horn install on a Ram 3500 with stipulations (had to run through an existing aux button, spare tire must remain, stock air tank and airbags must remain as they were). Scheduled the appointment in person, truck in the parking lot, on a Friday for the upcoming Monday they assured me after looking at it through the window that there would be no issues with installing a HB 127 Outlaw it would only require a custom bracket and 1-1.5 days. The pricing was good, 20 under HB.com and decent for install. Monday evening communication said they were having some fitment concerns but were going to try another bracket and they should be good. Tuesday afternoon they stated there were more issues and that it could not work and still be visually appealing. They had assumed there was more space. Truck was picked up and I was stuck eating 2 days of rental fees for the shops assumptions and inability to deliver on what they said they could.

Would NOT recommend at all. My husband and I needed a new bumper for his Tacoma. We tow a 5500 lbs RV with this truck and had already planned a mini-vacay. Outlaw had available appointments and reviews were good. We took his truck with all necessary parts (minus bumper because outlaw ordered it). Price was comparable to other places. We had shopped around. Mother's Day weekend comes around and we decided to take our RV that is towed by this truck out to the beach. On the way, we noticed our trailer brake is not working. Ends up, the guys at Outlaw messed up the trailer brake wiring when they installed the bumper. We called Outlaw to have them fix it and they refused and denied having anything to do with it malfunctioning. The employees were more helpful than the manager! They offered to try to fix it. When my husband got to their location the manager stated he wasn't going to do anything. He was very rude and its obvious lacks BASIC customer service skills. He was NOT helpful or courteous AT ALL and denied even trying to help fix it. My husband told him No one else had touched the wiring other than them and when my husband looked under the truck he noticed that the wiring was pulled and stretched to its max. This is what caused the RV brake malfunction. Outlaw didn't even try to adjust the wiring so that this would not occur. The manager deflected blame to the trailer brake which is only a year old without even taking a look at what they messed up! Obviously the new bumper was larger than the previous one...the least they could've done was ensure not to damage anything--instead they damaged the wiring causing a very dangerous towing potential. They damaged the RV brake wiring and aren't willing to fix it! This is a VERY dangerous safety situation--especially when towing a 5500 lbs RV. Needless to say, the only reason I gave Outlaw 1 star and not zero stars is because they had quick availability and we can't give zero stars. Well, unfortunately, now we know why...

Can’t say enough about Angel and the rest of the crew. Constant communication, outstanding work and costumer service on two separate occasions to get a cab mount chop relocation kit welded on my 2018 Tacoma and a great deal on some Yokohama M/T tires. You won’t be disappointed.

Worked with Mike on my new 2020 expedition purchase. He had great ideas and got the work done on time with constant communication. Will be using them for more builds in the future!
