I love this vet! I drive all the way from Converse to bring all 5 of my dogs here to these vets. They always tell me up front what the costs are before they do anything, and they are very honest about what is \worth the money\ which to me shows integrity and keeps me coming back. I love my dogs, but I don't see the need for unnecessary treatments and costs if I can treat it with something over the counter and they are very open about that. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because of the long wait that I sometimes have when I go see them, but it is worth it.

We've been bringing our four legged family members here for several years and consider the staff as part of our family. Dr. Ramsey's knowledge and treatment of our dogs has made all the difference in their well being; Damien Ivory, the office manager, is wonderful; as are all of the staff. The expertise and compassion shown by everyone here is such a comfort and blessing, and we are so grateful!
Excellent care from my pets’ doctor. A solution is always found To improve their health. Everything is always carefully explained as to what needs to be done or has been done. A pleasure dealing with the staff at the front desk & the techs .
I came here last year on February and was seen so fast. I loved it here. I came by today, sadly was not able to go in with my dog due to COVID. So I was a little iffy about letting him go in by himself due to past bad experiences at other places. However the Vet Technician, Angela Rose, made us feel very comfortable letting him be seen here. She was very loving, caring, enthusiastic, just super amazing individual overall!
I want to personally say \Thank you\ to the amazing staff at this clinic! They have great customer service, compassion and truly care about the pets that visit this clinic. 1 week ago we had to lay my first fur baby down to rest. He was my best friend and great companion he gave me 13 great years. Tex was a basset hound full of personality. We had to make a hard decision as a family and chose to come here. Hands down best decision ever! The vet tech that assisted Tex was very professional and explained what the process was offered us the option to stay with him and gave us the time we needed in his last moments. The vet came in next and also explained everything and respected our love for Tex and gave us time after he passed to spend time with him. It was a very emotional moment, I'm crying as I write this in fact.... We decided to have returned ashes and received a beautiful box with his name engraved with a nice felt bag with a little message as well as a letter and brochure on how to grieve and a beautiful poem. The level of compassion and understanding this clinic has shown my family has been a true blessing and beyond what words could ever explain! The young lady that presented me with the ashes told me she was sorry for my loss. It was an emotional moment going back but those words were comforting and made my day. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you soooo much Perrin-410 you people are the real MVP's of animal care. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for the compassion you have shown my family through this time of grieving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic for pet needs.
