I am from out of town. My Samsonite suitcase caster broke. They were able to fix in one day. That was four months ago and it is still working fine. Glad to see they had good quality parts in stock and could repair in one day at a fair price.

Outstanding customer service! These folks worked diligently to remove water spots from some boots for a customer of mine. (A VERY picky customer.) They initially quoted a very reasonable price for reconditioning and promised them back in just three days. The boots were ready on time and I felt like they did a great job, but the customer was not completely satisfied. When I returned them, these folks quoted me for re-dying the boots instead as the reconditioning process was exhausted at this point. Again, extremely reasonable pricing. I just picked the boots up and they look amazing! To top it off, they took into account the service I previously paid for and adjusted the price, without asking. That’s integrity. Honest, fair, and timely service. (I will note that a competitor originally quoted more than 6x their price and gave me a three week time frame.) Don’t play around; use these guys and get it done right for the right price the first time. Thanks, y’all!
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would strongly recommend bringing your luggage here if you need it fixed in a pinch. I had been told by numerous other repair places that my Samsonite luggage wheels could not be fixed, as Samsonite had proprietary parts. I had been told I would need to send it in to Samsonite or find a verified Samsonite repair store (I’m not sure they even exist). I brought it in to the store here, and the friendly gentleman who helped me seemed surprised anyone would tell me that and told me I could get them fixed here. I told him I was going back to Houston in the next day or 2, but that my mom could come pick it up, so there was no real rush. He took it upon himself to try to get it fixed in less than 24 hours, which I was not expecting. Not only did he get it fixed before the end of the following day, but he did a fantastic job. The wheels he put on were significantly better than the original wheels. Thanks so much for all the help y’all!
I receive great customer service every time I come here. There’s friendly, knowledgeable, & extremely competent. They’ve prolonged the life of my luggage & footwear. Highly recommend them.
I’ve been using these guys for years. They do great quality work in a reasonable amount of time. I always recommend them to friends needing shoe, leather or luggage work.
