This is an excellent company that provides first rate service! They by far surpass, any other charter bus company in San Antonio! I am proud to be working with them!!
I applied for a driver's position and the recruiter never returned my call, now I see why they need drivers.
This company is absolutely horrible. One of their buses hit my boyfriends truck. The bus driver took full responsibility in the moment and now the company is refusing to take liability because “it is the bus drivers word against his” because there was no police report(unfortunate in the moment decision). The driver swiped his truck and then drove off despite him blowing his horn! After tracking him down he PRETENDED he didn’t know. This company should be ashamed of itself and lack of moral integrity. As well as their very UNSAFE driving skills.
We have purchased 3 vehicles from them...and have been burned 2 times. All vehicles have had transmission problems, even though we were promised they were in great condition. They were no help in getting vehicles fixed, and overall have just been a terrible group to work with. We actually had to contact the owner just to get the sales team to respond to us just to buy the first 2 vehicles, because we couldn't get in touch with the sales staff. The prices on vehicles will look attractive, until you purchase one and realize you will have to double up on the price just in repairs in the first month. The last vehicle we bought...the bumper fell off in the first car wash. It was like a really bad used car movie. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
