Delivered a truck load with an appointment for 10 am. Arrived on time and got a door within seconds of arriving. Literally 4 minutes after arriving and I’m getting unloaded. Extremely productive employees.

The door I received had been damaged by what was clearly a forklift. I can't believe they sent it to me after clearly knowing it was damaged. They wrapped the damaged section up so it wasn't seen until the door was being installed. I had no choice but to install the door damaged because otherwise there would be a gaint whole in my house in the middle of winter. I submitted a claim to have the door repaired and have called Steves and Sons repeatedly only to get the run around. They don't answer emails or phone calls. It has been almost one month since made the claim and still no response, not even an email stating they are working on the claim. Do not order from Steves and Sons! There customer service is absymal.
I've worked at Steve's & Sons for 6 years and have managed to move up in the company, they have given me great opportunities and have help me to advance in my career. They offer good benefits and 401k along with weekly attendance and referral bonuses.This is a good company to work.
This place is the worst,my mother worked as a scanner bit now they have her in the lines.They now want everyone to go in at 6 in the morning!And she doesn't get out till 7pm,when she first started working she would leave at 3,4 at the latest.She has 3 kids to take care of and now she can't spend enough time with them.not to mention she is under paid. They said if she can't go in at 6 in the morning to find an other job
Came half a day earlier to my appointment. They squeeze me in. Very fast unloading. Seeing S&S answering everybody’s reviews shows that they care. Should appreciate !
