Sunset funeral home was there for us at a difficult time. Their compassion and understanding was amazing. The staff helped us in a beautiful and comforting way to make arrangements for my wife. They were there from the start to the finish when watched the burial take place. They were like family during the whole time and even after the services. At this point , I consider them family.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. The manager is condescending and does not return calls or customer complaints. The utmost horrible experience with this facility!! Over priced and outdated with stains on the carpet as well as pews. Handicap rails falling off the wall and when I addressed the issue, the staff stated it had been that way for months. I am infuriated that my family spent this kind of money. Be Aware!!! This is not where you want to celebrate your loved ones life.
Sunset Northwest Funeral concierge service was exceptional! From start to completion, all personnel were helpful, friendly, and demonstrated compassion. The facilities were beautiful! Their follow up with me as we went through each step of the process was very welcome and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Sunset Northwest.
I'm still numb from losing My husband. He died suddenly at 51 years old. The Very Caring Staff at Sunset helped ease Our Pain by effectively communicating what Our options were and what would be happening step by step. They went above and beyond to help us make Beautiful, Loving Lifetime decisions for My Husbands Funeral. They welcomed Our questions, concerns, and need for breaks to process through the Pain and the necessities We needed. They were very Respectful and Honored My Husband in a Gentle, Caring, Professional Manner. Thank You Mary Catherine and ALL of the Loving, Caring Staff. You are ALWAYS in My Hearts Prayers. I appreciate the way we were treated and the respect we were given. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The service was beautiful and I’m glad we chose Sunset North to hold my wife’s ceremony.
