It was quick. Needed a duplicate title. I dont think I was there even 10 minutes. Although I would like to be able to go whenever I want, the appointment process worked well. Everyone I deal with was nice.

The time spent inside the office has improved thanks to the COVID prevention measures they have in force. The lady who helped me getting a certified copy of my title was kind and respectful. No complaints at all.

After a heck of struggle on the DMV website on Sunday AM to find an appt/slot/time, I tried again in the late afternoon and everything seemed to work, received a slot/appt time for next day (2/1) 830am. Be ware of morning traffic! We arrived 10min before 830am set appt. Greeted at locked door, asked for our appt # & time of appt. Lady at desk checked wifes temperature, verified everything, paperwork and let her wait in line. Took about 10min. She came out and said like alot of others still looking for replacement car titles, had a lien hold on our 12 year car from finance company. The DMV did provide us with the lien holder name so that was helpful directing us in right place. Anyway after we get that in 7-10 days we'll be back to complete this process. Don't forget if individuals need a lost, replacement car title its cash or check payment only. Bring your paperwork, ID (VTR-34)! Good luck

I called was transfered 3x. After the 3rd transfer she placed me on hold a few minutes later te call disconnected. I called back and I informed the employee that I wanted to find out how I could get info to place a STOP Title Transfer or Temporary Hold (legal restraint). The lady responded that I have to contact General Counsel. I told her that I had but no one answers. Rudely she said I call them all the time and they answer. I told her that i called and says to leave a message and I did. Then she went on to say that I need to wait til they call me. She hung on me. I called back she placed my call through the cue. I called again and she hung up.
