I moved in 2-5. Very nice complex. Cottages are roomy. Quiet, friendly. Management and staff are helpful.
This place is Senior Living Community. \Independent Living\ as the signage says out front. Although some of the residents here are very capable many of them are not if not for some of them having Home Health Providers they would be totally on their own. The management here does not take the time out to have a personal relationship with them check in on them there have been incidents where the residents have fallen or passed out other people have found them and called EMS on their behalf.. if not for those instances Management would be none the wiser. These women are so rude self absorbed they lack empathy and knowledge of how to treat these residents they have removed seating from the outside breezeways to prevent residents from sitting and or hanging out outdoors the maintenance guy is very rude complains as to how many times he has been in residents unit to fix or complete a work order he says he cant keep coming over and over . On rent due days management does not handle it at all well they are in their offices speaking amongst each other or with the maintenance guy and they leave the residents standing waiting on them until they get good and ready to attend to them they do not have the education to come out and address them and say can u have seat I will be with u as soon as I can or im sorry for the wait. There is a roach and bed bug infestation they charge residents for carpet cleaning they have them buy batteries for smoke alarms. Something needs to be done about these people in charge and changes need to be made. I wonder at times if one of these residents were to ever pass away during the night how would anyone know. How long would it be before anyone would find them..
This is a very nice community apartment complex. I went to visit a friend. It is a complex for the elderly. It's a beautiful complex. very sweet people there.
