Watermill Express off Fredericksburg Rd worked for me when searching for drinking water during the winter storm blackout in February. Water tastes great and inexpensive at 2 for 10 gallons. I'm a 1st time customer and will continue using.

Great tasting water. Awesome price in bags of ice. For the ice, you can fill a 10 or 20 pound bag.
I love the windmill! I can't speak so much about the water but when you need bulk ice come here! 1.50 for 20lbs! If you need it bagged I think it's 2 but I usually bring my ice chest to fill up! Cool thing is if you bring the kiddos with you its a pokestop! Boom, keep on winning windmill!
I have been here a few dozen times. Water quality is suburb. Puts Culligan to shame. Little known fact: they serve 20 lb bags of ice. Both cheaper than their ice-dedicated serving competition....with the same superb quality water. Better on both accounts.

Good quality of water. The water is well filtered. It’s easy and quick to get refilled for any size of bottle. It accepts both cash and coin. There are two spots for water refill and one spot for ice. The price is very reasonable. I can refill 5 gallons of water for only 1.
