Son has no excuse not to mow our lawn. He bought a Wright 32 inch stand-on mower. The people at ZRiders are friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer his questions and gave him pointers on how to take care of the machine and operate it safely. It looks like fun ... I want to mow a large lawn now ... not really.

I had an issue with my new Toro electric start/push-type lawn mower. Even though they were booked for 6 weeks--they were willing to fit me in and take a look at my mower. They resolved the issue in a very short time. They did quality work and their customer service was excellent. They took a sincere interest in my mower issue, they were very honest in their assessment of the issue and the resolution of the issue, and they were very fair re charging for their work.

Terrible service, took over 3 months just to get my lawn mower back. This placed never called me to let me know when it would be ready. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to take any of your lawn items to be serviced here...or you'll be very disappointed like I was. First time using them...and the very last time using them! I just followed up with this place today and found out that the company wasn't waiting on parts to fix my lawn mower...nope, they just totally forgot it fix it and lost the ticket...that's why they never called me back and it's been sitting in their shop for over three months. If I could give them -stars I would, but the only way to allow other customer to know how disappointing and unprofessional this company is...I would have to give them one star that they don't even deserve. If you can't trust them with a 200 lawn mower that just needs a carburetor cleaning...good luck trusting them with more expensive items of yours!
