Can’t beat it! The showroom is massive, you can wander around for hours if you wanted looking at all the bikes, quads and side by sides. Parts dept is top notch, the parts manager is excellent, I have always been able to get any part I needed from them. They have a fantastic selection of clothes and gear and aftermarket parts and constantly have sales. The parking lot sale is always a must for great deals and bike night during the summer is always fun to go out to.

Love this place. Been getting all my bikes here for a long time now. Few weeks ago I bought this brand new 2020 kawasaki Z125 pro. A pic of when I first brought it home and a pic of the mods I've done. Chaparral will always have my business!

Bought a KTM 890 Adventure R, the salesman Danny was very helpful and the environment was low pressure and relaxing. However I think Danny was a bit overworked as the wait was a bit long. Still an excellent buying experience.

Online shopping is deceptive. Chaparral advertises on Ebay, promising that the item is in stock and will ship quickly... in fact, the ads say \guaranteed to arrive by ___ date.\ Twice I have tried to order an FMF pipe-- once a couple years ago, and now just this week-- and twice I have received notice that it would \ship soon\... followed a few days later by a phone call saying \the supplier says we won't receive it until 6 weeks from now...\ followed by a notification \we have to cancel this order as we don't know when we'll receive the item\. I'm sure that shopping in the store is fine, but they really need to get their act together with their online business. Even though I live local, I won't shop at Chaparral again.

The Service Department is top notch. I noticed an issue with my bike tire while on lunch at work & made a trip to Chaparral. Even though I arrived at 4:15, John Moore got my bike in for a set of tires so I didn’t have to leave it overnight. This is what customer service is about! I’ll be bringing all my bikes to Chaparral going forward! Thanks again for the great service!
