Have a board in the shop getting a fin box replaced. It's been over 2-weeks with no follow-up. They quoted 1-2 weeks. Hard to get through and guys answering the phone have no info and don't seem to care. Just say call back later. I'll follow-up with higher rating if I get the board back in next few days with good repair.

What an extraordinary group of guys that work here and run this place. I stopped by this shop after a surf session that ended with the nose of my longboard getting dinged up pretty good. The shop wasn't taking Surftech tuflite boards for repair anymore, but I was so fortunate to meet Norm, who very graciously helped me through a VERY thorough tutorial and demonstration of how to fix the nose with solarez. Everyone here went above and beyond to help teach me and send me off with a water tight board ready surf again. I had a bunch of questions about fins that they helped me with as well. Such a rad shop with an amazing crew of stand out humans. Thanks for everything dudes!

Dig the staff at Bashams Surf Shop. Very helpful indeed. BUT had repairs done on my Bob Howard Custom Surfboard... great repair but the dudes didn't take the time to polish out the sanding marks. Hmmm bummer. 200 bucks
