Horrible. I brought a part in to get a quote for color anodizing. One guy was helpful, asked a few questions, what color? What type- soft or hard anodizing.. etc. Also mentions that some screws and residual paint has to be removed. Which i said no problem i will do all that. Then quotes me the \around/roughly\ quote. Which i was okay with too. Then another guy asks \why do you want to anodize that?\ ..because i want it a certain color..which is why you offer \color anodizing\. And he finished with \we'd rather not do it. Its too much of a hassle\... really??? Your coworker already said it can be done. If its a hassle, then charge More to make it more convenient for you. Isnt this what your business is about? You advertise that you anodize.. why not do it? If it is because it was a single piece, then just tell me you only do bulk orders and your place is not open to the public. I would have been okay with that. But to say, i rather not do it, its too much of a hassle.. is just rude.

Absolutely fantastic company. Called about getting a part anodized, was given a quote over the phone. I spoke to Kent and he was very accommodating with my schedule as I live in the boonies of east SD. Gave me his number so I could text him when I was available and was in and out by a few days later with a fantastic job on my part. I HIGHLY recommend this company and plan on using them for the future.
Valerie made my experience here worth the visit. She was so professional and caring. Everytime I come in the office she always has a smile on her face, I even know she is smiling when we speak on the phone. Good customer service is very hard to find now a days, Valerie has the best. Because of her I will continue my business with this company
I'd give zero stars if I could, avoid these guys. Went in to get an estimate and was told a price for my job, went back to drop the parts off and was quoted the same price again and was told it would be done in 5 days. Had to go back in the next day because they had completely forgotten what they were to do, again quoted same price for the third time by Kent the GM and confirmed completion time frame. Gave then 4 extra days, went back 9 days later and nothing had been done, told it would be done in 2-3 days, 4 days later still not done. Another week goes by I get a call saying my order was done. Went in to collect it and it was only half complete, what was done was wrong and if I wanted the other half done it was going to be an extra 120% of the original price I had been quoted by the GM 4 times! Parts are now up at Electro Tech Coatings in San Marcos where I should have gone in the first place. I will say the ladies at the front desk are awesome and were obviously upset by Kent's treatment of me. They couldn't apologize enough and did all they could to try and correct things. I will not be back and will be sure to let everyone in my motorcycle and classic car clubs know about the service here.
Awesome service! Very nice people. Went to get my wheels powdercoated. Came out phenomenal. Turn around time was about 3 days. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for powdercoat with quick turnaround time.
