It's hard to remember life before Adrienne, simply because I don't recognize the person I was. I've been working with her for just about three years now and because of her, I have been able to address a number of limiting beliefs that have been holding me back my whole life. She has challenged me to not only address these, but given me the tools to work through them. She has such a unique way of being incredibly transparent and calling me out, but in the most loving, gentle approach. She made me see everything I was missing, yet never made me feel guilty or judged. She created a safe space for me to truly open up and was simply a guiding force leading me back to love. Thanks to her wisdom and guidance, I can genuinely say I'm the happiest I've ever been and actually can FEEL these changes.
